ROCK HILL — Father Fabio L. Refosco was ordained into the Oratorian community May 26 at St. Anne Church. Bishop Robert J. Baker pre-sided at the ordination in the presence of about 450 family members, parishioners, and friends.
Father Refosco is from Brazil and has been assigned as paro-chial vicar of St. Philip Neri Church in Fort Mill. He will be helping the pastor, Oratorian Father John P. Giuliani. Father Refosco’s ordination brings the number of priests at The Oratory to eight.
During the same celebration Elbano Munoz, a native of Venezuela, was ordained to the transitional diaconate. Deacon Munoz was assigned to St. Anne parish.
