Wodecki’s diaconal ordination, Good a candidate

CHARLESTON—Two more men are moving closer to the priesthood for the Diocese of Charleston.

Filip Wodecki will be ordained to the transitional diaconate on Dec. 12 at 11 a.m. at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church in Mauldin by Bishop Robert E. Guglielmone.

Wodecki is in his fourth year of theology at Sts. Cyril and Methodius Seminary in Orchard Lake, Mich. He is serving his pastoral year at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton.

Also, Mark Good became a public candidate for the diaconate and the priesthood on Nov. 19.

Bishop Kevin C. Rhoades of the Diocese of Fort Wayne-South Bend, Ind., celebrated the rite of admission to candidacy at Mount St. Mary’s Seminary in Emmitsburg, Md.

Good is in his third year of theology studies.
