CHARLESTON—Father Ronald R. Cellini, the Diocese of Charleston’s vicar for priests, has received a papal honor.
Bishop Robert E. Guglielmone announced Dec. 23 that Pope Benedict XVI named the priest Chaplain to His Holiness with the title Reverend Monsignor. Msgr. Cellini is a vicar forane and pastor of St. Gregory the Great Church in Bluffton.
