Council 5086 supports Seton high school and seminarians
MYRTLE BEACH—Knights of Columbus Council 5086 donated $45,000 to the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic High School building fund on Nov. 14. Pictured are: Jane Bunal, Larry Flood, Father James LeBlanc, Grand Knight Bruce Miller, Nick Sherfesee, Anthony Ross and John Paulhus. The donation was a distribution from the Pikna family’s bequest to the Knights. Also, Council 5086 presented Father Jeffrey Kirby, vicar of vocations, with $5,000 for the benefit of seminarians.

Pro-life billboard
GREENVILLE—The Harp and Shamrock Division of the Ancient Order of Hibernians purchased pro-life advertising on a 48 x 14 billboard. The sign will rotate to different sites on an annual basis around Greenville. It is currently located on Poinsett Highway just east of S.C. Highway 291 at North Pleasantburg at Cherrydale.
