CHARLESTON—Bishop Robert E. Guglielmone has made several appointments for priests in the Diocese of Charleston.
Father Wilbroad Mwape, new to the diocese, was appointed parochial vicar at St. Gregory the Great Church in Bluffton, effective Jan. 27.
Three more appointments will take effect on Feb. 10.
Father Jeremi Wodecki, administrator at Good Shepherd Mission in McCormick and Sacred Heart Church in Abbeville, is appointed parochial vicar at Holy Trinity Church in Orangeburg; St. Mary Mission in Allendale; St. Andrew Church in Barnwell; and St. Theresa Mission in Springfield; with sacramental responsibilities at the Allendale Correctional Institution.
Father Robert J. Sayer, parochial vicar at Our Lady Star of the Sea Church in North Myrtle Beach, is appointed pastor at Good Shepherd Mission in McCormick and Sacred Heart Church in Abbeville.
Father Michael P. Cassabon is appointed parochial vicar at Our Lady Star of the Sea Church in North Myrtle Beach.
