High schools in the Diocese of Charleston saw a flurry of activity on National Signing Day on Nov. 11 as a group of stand-out athletes committed to play sports at various colleges.
In Greenville, at St. Joseph’s Catholic School, Christian Baliker signed to play golf for the college of Charleston and Maggie Milam committed to track and field at Kennesaw State University in Georgia.
At Bishop England High School on Daniel Island, Jamie Wilson will play golf for the University of South Carolina and Montana Swanson signed for volleyball at the University of South Carolina Upstate.
