GREENVILLE—Rising ninth-graders Mia Kim and Zana Norton were recently selected as the recipients of the St. Joseph’s Scholar Award. This merit-based scholarship, awarded annually to two incoming freshmen, recognizes academic excellence and covers one-half of high school tuition. Both girls are current eighth-graders at St. Joseph’s Catholic School. Mia is the daughter of Alex and Soo Kim of Greer and is a member of St. Mary Magdalene Church. Zana is the daughter of John and Vlora Norton of Greer and is a member of Prince of Peace Church.
