DIOCESE—As the school year draws to a close and summer approaches, parishes are preparing their offerings of vacation Bible schools. It’s that special time of year that combines religious education with games, skits, songs and snacks.
Below are a few of the Bible camps coming up soon.
- LANCASTER—Our Lady of Grace Church will hold its Bible school, “Cathletics! Training to be Champions for Christ”, from June 18-22 from 9 a.m. to noon, 7095 Waxhaw Highway. Free. - BLYTHEWOOD—Transfiguration Church, 306 N. Pines Road, will hold its vacation Bible school, “Round ’em Up for God, Yee-Haw!”, from June 25-29 from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Cost: $30 individuals, $50 per family. - DANIEL ISLAND—St. Clare of Assisi Parish will host its Vacation Bible School from June 25-29 from 9-11:30 a.m. at The Church of the Holy Cross, 299 Seven Farms Drive. Children K-4 through fifth grade are welcome. Cost: $45 per child. Click Here to register and for more information.
