Father Wilbroad Mwape was appointed chaplain of Providence Hospital in Columbia, effective Oct. 25, 2004.<.p>
Father Robert W. Ninedorf was appointed canonical moderator/ pastor of St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception in Edgefield, effective Nov. 2, 2004.
Father Michael Corrigan was appointed priest in residence of Our Lady of Peace in North Augusta, effective Nov. 15, 2004.
Msgr. Edward D. Lofton, pastor of St. Theresa the Little Flower in Summerville, was named diocesan director of the Office of the Propagation of the Faith, which includes the Holy Childhood Association and the diocese’s Mission Co-op Program. He succeeds Msgr. Robert J. Kelly, who died in September.
