Christ Our King-Stella Maris rosary project

MOUNT PLEASANT—Christ Our King-Stella Maris School second graders, with help from teachers Michelle Kraft and Lori Rowland, embarked on a faith-filled crusade to prepare to receive the sacrament of holy Communion. All together, the 72 youth created beautiful rosaries while learning about their faith. The students’ patience and creative energy were rewarded with a rosary dedication held in the school courtyard on May 4. Father Bryan Babick blessed the rosaries and children sang songs in celebration of the day they will receive the Eucharist for the first time.
