LAKE WYLIE—The Knights of Council 14475 was recognized as a 3-Star Award Council for 2014-2015 by State Deputy Frank Davis on Nov. 10 at All Saints Church. Councils must complete at least four programs in community service, church support, family life, youth activities, pro-life advocacy, or fraternal projects, plus grow its membership by at least seven percent.
