MURRELLS INLET—After an appeal at Masses on Mother’s Day weekend, the Knights of Columbus Council 8980 collected donations to install an ultrasound machine at the Coastline Women’s Center in Conway. The total collected was $9,218. A drive for the equipment was spearheaded by Council 7531 in Conway. This is part of the pro-life effort in the hopes of preventing abortions when the mother or parents can see their child.
