Charleston Catholic earns accolades

CHARLESTON—Emma Joyce and Lily Feingold, students at Charleston Catholic, won second and third, respectively, in the Knights of Columbus Patriotic Essay Contest. The topic was “The Importance of Religious Liberty”.
Also, Charleston Catholic School earned the Community Pride Award for their work in beautifying the school and performing outstanding community service. The students painted oil drums now used as trash cans around the city. They also cleaned the campus, and planted flowers and greenery.
