CHARLESTON—A book-signing event was hosted by Bishop Robert E. Guglielmone for a group of religious sisters who are also published authors from the Diocese of Charleston. Holding up copies of some of their works are (from left) Sister Margaret Kerry, Pious Daughters of St. Paul; Sister Pamela Smith, Sisters of Sts. Cyril and Methodius; and Sister Sandra Makowski, Sisters of St. Mary of Namur. The festivities were held Aug. 22 at the diocesan pastoral center. Bishop Guglielmone introduced each of the sisters, who spoke briefly about their new publications.
