CHARLESTON—The Knights of Columbus Council 12472 raised funds for the Lowcountry Pregnancy Center to purchase an ultrasound unit. Grand Knight Robert Wilcox presented the check on Nov. 23 to Joy Yarborough, CEO of the pregnancy center, located at 7481 Northside Drive. It is the 21st ultrasound unit donated to the center. There are approximately 1,000 machines across the world that the Knights of Columbus have placed to facilitate fetal ultrasounds.
