SUMMERVILLE—Summerville Catholic School eighth graders recently spent the evening investigating clues at the school’s Murder Mystery Dinner Theater. The school’s multipurpose room was transformed into Hollywood’s famous Grauman’s Chinese Theater.
The red carpet was rolled out for legends such as Lucille Ball, Charlie Chaplin, Elvis Preseley and Judy Garland who all arrived fashionably dressed. Everyone was a suspect in the murder and followed clues prepared by literature teacher Helen Stungurys to discover the guilty party.
After revealing that the murder was committed by Jimi Hendrix, with the guitar, students enjoyed a delicious spaghetti dinner prepared by several parents. As the evening came to an end, students autographed their legendary picture to leave behind as a token of the enchanted Hollywood night.
Pictured are Andy Warhol (Josh Smith), Elvis Presley (Ryan Brislin), and Jimi Hendrix (Tyler Payne).
