CHARLESTON—Bishop England High School announced plans for its upcoming Msgr. John L. Manning Tennis Center, a five-court lighted facility that will be built next to the baseball field on campus. The new courts will be home to the 19-time Girls State Champions and 10-time Boys State Champions, and will provide a place to teach tennis through PE. Cost of the project is estimated at $400,000 and school officials hope to have it completed for the 2016-17 school year. For more information, contact Paul Runey, athletic director, pruney@behs.com.
