NORTH MYRTLE BEACH—Our Lady Star of the Sea Church ladies guild celebrated its 40th anniversary recently with a luncheon in the church hall. They recognized the past presidents, and a proclamation in recognition of the guild’s work was presented by the mayor of North Myrtle Beach.
The guild was formed in December 1976 “with a few of the ladies anxious to help in outreach for the area,” said GeorgAnn Feldman, president.
Today, membership has grown to over 100 women who are involved in many ministries.
