CHAPIN—Our Lady of the Lake parishioners organized a car caravan on April 28 to visit their pastor, Father Dennis Willey.
With the help of parish staff, he was surprised coming out of the church after celebrating noon Mass. Father Willey was greeted by loud cheers and dozens of cars that were decorated with banners and balloons.
Afterward, he said that he has missed all of his flock and it was a great pick-me-up during a down time in everyone’s lives.
